Last year I got pretty heavily into nail stamping. After a day of working my way through finding the right pressure and angles for it, I absolutely love it and I’ve started collecting plates. I’ve been playing with Born Pretty Store’s Rose Queen Plate (BP-25).
I really love the fine detail on the rose stamp section, but with the “queen” I felt like I needed a much thicker polish to make it work with the lighter color on top of a darker one. The ridges were deep enough to get a really clean image from the three patterned sections consistently. For cleaning, I needed a really soaked q-tip and a lot of pressure because the lines of the dress were so small. The detail was great and I’ve used the dress section as its own pattern for a lot of different elegant designs.
