  1. Place the pieces of your frozen banana and both berries into a blender, top with spinach and pour in milk. I use a bullet blender set a family member got me a few years ago and I absolutely love it for single serve smoothies like this. Blend well, making sure all of the frozen banana bits are well pureed and all of the ingredients are mixed. Pour into a cup. If you’re using the bullet blender, you can blend and serve this in the same cup by taking off the blending lid and putting on one of the colored rings or pour it into a special cup and feel fancy. I won’t tell.
  2. If you would like to add toppings, have fun with it! For this one I used Nature Valley’s protein granola which tastes like honey and my favorite variety of Ocean Spray’s dried cranberries (pomegranate). The strawberry on top is a treat for me since it was the last one to come out of the garden last season.
  3. You can drink this as is or add the toppings and indulge with a spoon. If you add an extra banana to thicken the mixture, it also makes a great dip for strawberries and apples. Serve cold and enjoy!
